I LOVE chocolate ! Chocolate is my Favourite Sweet ! there are different kinds of chocolates. There is Areo, Coffee Crisp, Dairy Milk, Caramel, dark chocolate, white chocolate, milk chocolate, Mint chocolate and may more. In this post you will learn how to make chocolate at home.
Creamy Chocolate Fudge
Ingredients
1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow creme
1 1/2 cups white sugar
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups milk chocolate chips
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
Line an 8x8 inch pan with aluminum foil. Set aside.
In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine marshmallow cream, sugar, evaporated milk, butter and salt. Bring to a full boil, and cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and pour in semisweet chocolate chips and milk chocolate chips. Stir until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth. Stir in nuts and vanilla. Pour into prepared pan. Chill in refrigerator for 2 hours, or until firm.
I also Love Cookies. My favourite Cookies are chocolate chip cookies. But sadly i don't know how to make cookies :( . What are your favourite kinds of cookies ?
Chocolate Chip Cookie Ingredients
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
• 1 cup butter, softened
• 2 large eggs,beaten
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 3/4 teaspoon salt
• 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
• if desired, 1 cup chopped pecans, or chopped walnuts
Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix sugar, brown sugar, butter, vanilla and eggs in a large bowl by hand. Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt. The dough will be very stiff.
You can even use a Kitchen Aid mixer for this first step. I use the batter attachment and mix on a lower setting. Just be sure that the dough is well mixed before moving on.
Stir in chocolate chips by hand. You'll need to use a sturdy wooden spoon for this and a bit of muscle. You can add the pecans, or other nuts, at this time if desired. Keep stirring and folding the chocolate chips and nuts into the dough until they are evenly dispersed. (This makes sure you have enough chocolate in each cookie!!)
Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. The chocolate chip cookies need to be this far apart because the dough spreads during cooking. No one wants to cut the cookies apart after baking.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until light brown. You may even think that the chocolate chip cookies are underdone, but they will finish cooking through out of the oven. If you leave them in too long, the cookies will be tough or crispy. (My kids eat them anyway. I always over cook at least one sheet because of the phone, a child wanting some attention or some other reason)
The centers will be soft. Let cool completely then remove from cookie sheet. I use a flat spatula to remove the cookies from the sheet. It helps to get them off quickly. If you try to remove the cookies while they are still warm, the chocolate chips are still very soft and this can cause a very big mess as well as messy looking cookies.

Prime Ministers Of Canada
The 2 prime ministers that i am going to be talking about are Joe Clark and Sir John .A. Macdonald. I hope that you get the information that you wanted.
SIR JOHN .A. MACDONALD
Sir John .A. Macdonald was the first prime minister of canada. His private life was full of tragedy and sorrow. he watched his wife, desperately ill, die slowly. His son died as a baby and his daughter was born with Hydrocephalus which caused a swelling of the brain and brain damage. he is the father of canada. if it wasn't for him there would be no Canada. he connected Canada from sea to sea by the Canadian Pacific Railway. Macdonald won re-election 3 more times and developed a what is now a national policy which rested on the transcontinental Railway, immigration from europe for Manitoba and North West Territories which would buy supplies from eastern Canada and growth on the farms in the west which would sell their foodstuffs to eastern Canada. He passed away on June 6th 1891.

Joe Clark became the youngest prime minister at only the age of 39, in 1979. after he lost the 1980 election, he stayed as a leader of the Opposition. Joe Clark left politics in 1993 to work as a international business consultant, but after he returned as Leader of the Progressive Conservative Party from 1998-2003. he was Prime Minister of Canada from 1979-1980. He was born on June 5 1939 in Alberta.

Cell Phones And Their Dangers
I have researched about the use of cell phones and have come up with the information below. If you did not know cell phones can be dangerous. You should be careful about how thou use them in class, at home, in the car well everywhere ! This post was supposed to be an assignment but after I started to research I got to know a lot of stuff about cell phones. I hope that my blog post will be useful to you.
Cell Phones And School
You should not use cell phones in class, you should only use them if your teacher let's you orifice it is a emergency. If you use your cell phone the wrong way, embarrassing secrets and photos can be revealed. Here are some rules about cell phones in school :
1. The first rule to remember is that each school has a cell phone policy. You can find the schools cell phone policy in the students handbook. Read the schools cell pjone policy carefully. Teachers may have their own rules about bringing their phones into class. Most teachers will give the students a warning the first time a phone will accidentally ring.
2. Find the silent setting on the silent setting on the phone and set your phone to silent. More than 2-3 " accidental" ringing will cause the student to lose their cell phone. And also they can get in detention.
3. You should keep the cell phone out of sight. Like in a backpack or just leave it at home is the best way to keep it safe and not stolen or taken away by a teacher.

When a cell phone is placed in the hands of a teen without telling them the rules about safety, cell phones can be a terrible thing. It can cause embarrassment to the child. Teenagers parents should first tell them the rules about how and when the cell phone should be used.
Driving and talking on the phone is a grave danger. You should keep repeating to your teen, do not talk on the phone while driving. You can put your life and swell as other peoples life in danger. If you absolutely positively need to use the phone, pull over to a safe parking spot or away from traffic and then pick up the phone. But having a phone can have good reasons too, like your parents will be happy that they have something that they can talk to you to see where you are and if you are safe 24/7.
All these points are really good for teens knowledge. But I thought that this paragraph was better than the last one.

I think that all the points listed above are great points about the safety of cell phones. You should always ask your teacher about her rules of cell phones before you take your cell phone out and use it. You shouldn't take any pictures at school with your phone because if you accidentally take an embarrassing picture you can accidentally put it up on the Internet so delete it right away. Or if someone else takes the picture they can purposely put the picture up. So be careful with how you use your cell phone.

Mary Celeste - What I think
What really happened no one knows for sure. I think that it could have been the Fosdyk papers but there is normal evidence against it. Also I think that the captain and his family decided that it was time for them to die so they jumped off the ship and committed suicide. The ships crew mates may have tried to stop them. While they were trying to stop them they could have also fallen overboard. Or the crew was scared that after they reach their destination they may get blamed for murder so they decided to commit suicide too. And then while they were in the water they got eaten by sharks. That's what I think that happened it may or may not that's just my opinion. Well, what do you think ?

Mary Celeste - Theories
There have been many theories. Ranging from attacking monsters from the deep sea, piracy and mutiny, and aliens kidnapping to natures wrath. No one has ever found any evidence of either one of these theories. Also if the ship had been abandoned soon after the entry, the ship had drifted unmanned and unstirred for a whole week and a half. But this could have nit been. The Mary Celeste was found with it's sails set to catch the wind. The Mary Celeste was sailing on the starboard tack. The Dei Gratia was following a similar path just behind the Mary Celeste. Throughout the 400 miles, the Dei Gratia had been set to sail the port tack. But it seems impossible, the Mary Celeste could have reached the spot whewre it was found with it's yards and sails set to starboard. Somebody must have been working in the ship for at least several days after the final log entry.
But there is one theory that has evidence for what really could have happened. It could be the so-called Fosdyk papers.
According to an article, a educated and traveledemploueeof the captain named Abel Fosdyk. He had left some notes and papers after his death which explained that not only the fate of the crew but also the cut marks that were found in the bows of the Mary Celeste. He claimed that he was a secret passenger on the ships last trip and also the one and only survivor of the tragedy that had happened. Fosdyk had convinced the captain to give him secret passage for some reason which wasn't said. The captain had his carpenter to build a deck for his daughter in the bow. So fosdyk had hid in the bow while ther were passengers on the ship. In his papers he had said that one day the captain had a argument with one of his shipmate about how good a man can swim with his clothes on. The captain jumped into the water and started swimming around the boat toprove his point. Some of his men followed him and the rest watched from the deck. While they were swimming a crew mate which was around the bow yelled of agony. Quickly everyone, including the captains family, gathered onto the newly built deck which under everyones weight had collapsed. They fell into the sea, which I am guessing that they were eaten by sharks. Fosdyk was lucky that he fell o top of a shattered decking, Fosdyk held on to it as the Mary Celeste sailed away. He had floated for days without water and food. He washed up half dead on the northwest coast of Africa.
These papers have an interesting story it could have been this but no one really knows for sure. But there still isn't any solution to the mystery of how the ship got to the spot where it was found. Also why would anyone go swimming around a ship ? What do you think that really happened ?

Mary Celeste
The Mary celeste was a ship that was found adrift on December 4, 1872. Some people say that it was found on December 5. When the ship had started sailing it had passengers who were sailing I n it. There were 7 crewman, a captain, the captains wife and daughter. When the ship was found, it was sailing alone, with no one in it, across the Atlantic. The ship wasn't harmed at all. It was in tip top condition. The barrels of alcohol were still lashed in place. Plenty of food and water was in the ship. The last entry in the ships log was on November 24, which was 10 days earlier when the Mary Celeste had passed St..Mary's Island, more than 400 miles west from where it was found. Nobody that was sailing the ship had never been found ever.
